Rahul Kumar Singh is a development economist whose work centers on understanding how rural communities in India navigate economic constraints, climate shocks, and institutional gaps. Through extensive fieldwork across Maharashtra and Bihar, he has built longitudinal datasets that capture the evolving dynamics of village economies. His research integrates network science, causal inference, and spatial methods to produce actionable insights for agricultural and rural development policy.
